Terms of Service

In these Terms:

• “Buyer” means any individual, entity, or organization that purchases, orders, or receives products from Lineará;
• “Products” means any chemical, biological compound, reagent, or related material Lineará offers for sale;
• “Terms” means this agreement, including every disclaimer, policy, and provision referenced within it.

Products are not FDA-approved and are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Human or veterinary consumption of any kind;
• Injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application;
• Any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use;
• Compounding, repackaging, or resale as drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics;
• Incorporation into foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics under Section 201 of the FD&C Act;
• Any personal, recreational, or self-use purpose.

By ordering, the Buyer affirms that:

• They are at least 21 years of age;
• They are a qualified research professional or acting for a qualified research organization;
• They possess the knowledge, training, and equipment necessary for safe handling, storage, and disposal;
• They will comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements.

The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products, and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional protocols.

Lineará does not provide protocols, dosing, administration, or usage guidance for any product. Any information supplied is limited to identity, purity, and handling characteristics offered for research reference only.

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction and complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and research-chemical regulations.

Lineará may review orders and account activity, and may cancel, refuse, or restrict any order or account that appears inconsistent with lawful research use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineará is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any use of products outside lawful laboratory research.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes contrary to these Terms may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.

By providing contact information, the Buyer may receive service messages and, where they opt in, marketing communications. Opt-out instructions are included in each message and in the Privacy Policy.

Products are research materials only and hold no approved regulatory status as therapeutic or consumer goods. Research-Use-Only labeling applies across the catalog.

All site content, branding, text, and imagery are the property of Lineará or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Lineará Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lineará operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Governing jurisdiction to be confirmed.]

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between the Buyer and Lineará regarding their subject matter.
