Shipping Policy

Complimentary 2-day FedEx or UPS shipping is provided on domestic U.S. orders over $250. Standard rates for other orders are shown at checkout. [Threshold to be confirmed for Lineará.]

Orders placed and cleared before 5:00 PM ET on business days are prepared for same-day handling. [Cutoff time to be confirmed for Lineará.]

Expedited 2-day and next-day delivery options may be available at checkout, subject to carrier availability and destination.

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx based on destination and service level. These carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, so please provide a physical shipping address.

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships, and delivery confirmation is available through the carrier.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit is subject to the carrier’s terms. Lineará is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays, errors, or lost or stolen packages;
• Delivery to an incorrect address caused by customer error;
• Weather-related delays or force-majeure events;
• Customs delays or international transit issues, where applicable.

We will assist with carrier claims where possible.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders may be reviewed prior to fulfilment, and inaccurate addresses may delay delivery.
