Refund Policy

Because products are research materials, returns are limited. To be eligible, an item must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in its original condition;
• In its original packaging with intact security seals;
• Received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To start a return, submit a return request to Lineará support with your order number. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return address — please do not ship an item back before receiving them.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Charges for expedited shipping are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email Lineará support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review promptly and, if approved, ship a replacement at no cost.

Lineará may refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria and may deny returns suspected of abuse or fraud. Certain items may be non-returnable for safety or integrity reasons. Refunds are issued in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
